ABOUT ME

I’m an American expatriate, planner and strategist living in London. I've worked in brand and communications planning, digital strategy, and new product development. My clients have come from the automotive, console gaming, non-profit, spirits, pharmaceutical, and pet care industries. In addition to my current role with Critical Mass, I'm a proud partner in ONE HUNDRED, Omnicom's agency coalition for positive global change. 

Together with three partners, I founded Third Coast Analytics, a successful predictive statistics and data management service for U.S. higher education clients. Together, we shifted the industry model from consultancy to digital products. As of 2015, those products are now part of Capture Higher Education's Behavioral Engagement offering, under the management of my former TCA colleague Pete Barwis.

In a previous life, I was a communications director for a music college in Chicago for many years. Other early professional adventures included: news editor, research assistant, student mentor, coffeehouse manager, call centre drone, adult undergarment manufacturer, book store clerk, potato farmer, and cheesemonger.
